Beck Taxi uses a computer-assisted dispatch system. The new, fully computerized software system, TaxiMan, makes the two-way radio dispatch system more efficient than ever. Our new system generates a speedy order-taking process. As well, all calls received by Beck are now stored in our data base, available for instant retreival. This new software system is a Toronto Taxi first. It allows us to maintain the personalized service of voice dispatch with the computerized efficiency demanded in today's competitive market environment.

Once we receive the call from the customer, a customer service representative at Beck Taxi will record the specific details of the call, e.g door location, wheel chair, time taxi needed, etc. The customer service representative will then forward the order with the recorded information to the dispatcher, who immediately dispatches the call to the first available Independent Contracted driver.
