Beck Taxi was founded by Jim Beck and is still a family run business. The owners take great care to ensure that a positive perception is associated with the Beck family name. Throughout the years Beck Taxi has grown to a city-wide company with over 900 taxis operated by our independent contracted drivers. We are experienced in handling large corporate accounts throughout the Metro area. Whether you are a large corporate company or just an occasional user Beck Taxi Limited is always happy to assist you with setting up a charge account.

Beck Taxi realizes that we must be accountable to our customers. That is why we have implemented, for some time now, our proactive customer service initiatives. These initiatives are unique to the Toronto taxi industry.

We have a full time Customer Service Advisor that is on the road. Our advisor assures that the Beck Taxis are always clean and in top mechanical condition. We are committed to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers.

Beck Taxi has also devoted significant time and resources to developing a in-house customer service and sensitivity training program. Since 1994 close to 2400 Beck Taxi Independent Contractors have taken this training program. The program is a mandatory requirement to drive at Beck Taxi.

In addition, Beck Taxi is pleased to have accessible vehicles in our fleet. We are committed to serve the needs of the mobility impaired throughout our community.
